Ideally, I will stick to my list with fidelity, but sometimes a regimen does not work with the lifestyle. That said, here are what I am trying to steer clear of for the next month:
- bananas
- most wheat (I may have some oatmeal or oat flour)
- meat, fish, and eggs
- dairy
- products with more than 3g of added sugar per serving
- cassava flour, tapioca flour, and potato starch
I was previously taking some supplements from The Detox Now program. I am not sure how effective they were. Since I spent $180 for 3 supplements that lasted around a month, and I will put that money back into groceries in the near term. I want to see how things go without those supplements and just sticking to the eating plan and incorporating more teas, rest, and fruit and veggies.
