Long story short, I was diagnosed in 2016 with fibroids. While my symptoms were not very severe, I made lifestyle changes at that time and never underwent any surgery. I was blessed with a child in 2019, and during the pregnancy, my fibroids grew considerably. After delivering a healthy child, I did attempt to revamp my diet to attack the fibroids, but I had to hold off for a year. A year after my child’s birth, I was able to cut out wheat, meat, and dairy for the most part, and I saw a significant difference in the size of my stomach. Unfortunately, I did not stick to the eating plan or the exercise… but today is a new day! I am ready to see lasting results, and I know my WHY!!!!
