Last week, I managed to work out twice. The first day was cardio, and the second day was strength training. I felt well doing both workouts, but during the second working, I felt something different as I stretched. Perhaps organs were shifting behind the scenes and maybe a muscle went under my rib cage for a moment. Needless to say, I massaged my side, and eventually I was back to normal. My weight is actually up 3 pounds from where I was 2 weeks ago, but my stomach circumference was actually 1/4 inch smaller this week than last week. As I am writing this post, I have snacked on a few potato chips that my son didn’t want, but otherwise, I have been sticking to the eating plan :). Today, I took a walk instead of going to the exercise class to maximize on work time at home. Finally, I have had to really let go of things that I cannot control, and do those things I can to make each day better!
