We just moved, so the past 2 months have been a challenge to maintain this alkaline way of eating. I had to have grace with myself and prioritize eating enough food rather than being strict about what I ate. I am now feeling like I can get back on track.
The Good and On Track Meals:

- Green smoothies
- Breakfast quinoa
- Curry vegetables with quinoa
- 15-Bean medley
- Romaine salads
- kelp noodles with almond butter sauce and fruit and veggies
- taco-inspired salad with meatless grounds and blue corn chips
- Fruits, seeds, and nuts
The “Ok”
- Salmon
- veggie burritos with brown rice
- oatmeal
- almond flour crackers
The not-so-great
- Cereal, cereal, cereal
- pretzels
- planters dry-roasted peanuts
- meatless almond flour pizza
- fried rice and orange chicken
- french fries
- croissant
- sandwiches/bread
- some Oreos
Now that we are more settled, I am feeling back on track. I know my grocery shopping is going to change a bit with our new location, but I feel focused to finish the year out strong.
